Your personal information is as important to me as it is to you. I will never sell or give away any personal information you share with me, including your name and email address. I also never will use your email address to send you advertising messages unless you specifically ask me for them. All purchases are completed through secure channels, and even I never see your personal financial information. I want you to feel secure in your activities at my site.
Shipping
Since I am currently living in Greece, I doubt that I will have much to offer that will actually need to be shipped. However, any items that need to be shipped will have the price for shipping and all other pertinent information included with the item information.
Copyrights
The online nature of the craft world makes it easy for dishonest people to steal from those of us who make our living this way. It is assumed that all material on this website is copyright protected. My basic statement is that you may use my designs and patterns for all your personal needs. I also allow you to use my products (free and for sale) for items you make for craft shows. However, you may NOT use my designs or patterns for any commercial purpose. This means that you may not use anything from my site for mass production purposes. If in doubt, please contact me. Licensing agreements can be arranged to benefit everyone.

Sales Tax
A change in tax laws a couple of years ago requires you to report your internet shopping on your tax returns, regardless of where you live, so you might want to keep a record of your online spending. However, it must be noted that online sellers do not report their individual customers to any tax agency, so any reporting of this type is completely up to you.
Taxable Items: Only those items that get shipped to you are charged Sales Tax. Items sent to you electronically (email or link) are not tangible items and are not taxed.
Purchasing and Carts
While I have embroidery designs for sale here, all actual purchases, payments and order fulfillment is provided through Oregon Patchworks, Inc. You may view your cart at OPW, but you will remain on my site at all times during the process. Then, when you pay, you have a wide variety of options (more than I could offer on my own), which include Credit Card, PayPal, and by Mail. Please contact me if you have any questions!
